Hi guys, it’s Release Day (YAY!) and all of the new products are now available at Taylored Expressions. I can’t begin to tell you how much I enjoyed this month’s release.
I am not one to usually use pink as a Christmas color but I wanted to step outside the box and give it a try. I used an previously released stamp set, Simply Stamped Pinecones along with a new release, Ornamental and Die Combo, for my card. I used Playful Patterns paper pack and Stitched Oval Stacklets to frame my images. I stamped the pinecones and pine branches and put vellum over the image. I love how it softens the look!
I used a sentiment from Ornamental and stamped it directly onto the vellum, then added a few sequins and the ornaments.
I finished the card by adhering the ornaments with foam tape. I love dimension in my projects! I hope you’ll go take a peek at the new goodies being released today. Thanks for stopping by!
Hi guys! I’m back today with a card for the Share Joy Challenge and I’m using the Sketch & Tic Tac Toe challenge.
I opted to use Die Cuts, Orange and Sequins for my card and decided to mix up the “traditional” colors of winter for some darker fall shades. I die cut Ornament Overlays with Pumpkin card stock and layered it with white shimmer card stock.
I added a few snowflakes from Snowflake Confetti and Build a Scene sequins and like the contrast on the dark card stock. The sentiment is from Critters on Ice and I paired it with Banner Stacklets 1.

I made this album with manila file folders, K&Co dp, and the Silhouette Cameo. Mini albums have so many different looks and this one was fun to make. The tags, flourishes, poinsettias, and ornaments were cut with the Cameo. I used Spellbinders tags and snowflakes and bound it all with the Cinch. These would make great grandparents gifts, filled with pictures and memories of grandchildren…movie tickets and other memorabilia of time spent together. Thanks for stopping by!
