It’s Friday and you know what that means! I have another sweet project to share from ADFD. This yummy cluster is called Vintage Strawberries and is one of my favorites. I have it on a card, but it would also be lovely on a box, album, or scrap page.
The new challenge is to add some script, so my background paper reflects that. I used Copics to color the image and used Nesties to cut the circle and scallop.
Check out the $2 deal…isn’t he the cutest? Be sure to come play the challenge at ADFD, hope to see you there!
Come see what the rest of the DT has whipped up for you!
Hope you all have a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by!
Today I’m sharing a set illustrated by Emily Burger called Bon Voyage. What an adorable set! This set is perfect for Valentines, love notes, fun notes, cards, scrap pages…there’s lots of possibilities with this set!
The Wave Border die was a nice way to complete the scene and was stitched onto the card front. All sets come on a full color panel and store perfectly in the Mini Binder Boxes. You can fit 4 full sets to a box. The Petite set panels will store perfectly in the Petite Storage Cases and will fit 6 sets to a box.
Here’s the die I used today:

Today I have a few projects to share with you using Lifestyle Crafts’ new Corner It Kit and 4×4 Alphabets. Can you say WOW? The Corner It Kit dies are beautiful and are wonderful for tags, cards, photos, journaling squares, and the list goes on. I made a set of tags using the new Corner It Kit and combined it with the Tag It Kit. I used the new 4×4 Alphabet, Parade, on these and they were the perfect size for the tags.
This is what the dies look like AND if you have a digital cutter, you get a code for the cutting files included in the box.
As usual, use Promo Code POP to save 20% off your order at Lifestyle Crafts. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Happy Monday, everyone! I wanted to play along with the sketch challenge at Desconstructing Jen and this is what I came up with. This was a fun challenge and one that kept me thinking.
I used Make It Amazing by Taylored Expressions (aka TE) and the coordinating butterfly dies. The gorgeous roses are Prima Laraine Roses and the chic DP is Lily Bee Design – Buttercup. The paper in this pack is gorgeous and I love the muted grays in it!
I added some pearls to finish the card and used Copics (W7, W5, W3) for the butterflies. Hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!
Happy Friday, everyone! This past week has been a whirlwind and I’m so happy the weekend is here. This adorable clown is from the May Club Kit and is available for members today! This month’s club kit is really sweet and if you’re interested in learning more about the Club Kit, check it out here. Be sure to check out the DT’s cards (links are in the sidebar), they all rocked it!
I used clear dome stickers to add dimension to the balloons. This sweetie was colored with Copics and accented with a white gel pen. I don’t think I could go without my white gel pens. I buy them (Gelly Roll) in a pack of three at Joanns. If they get stubborn and the gel stops writing, then I roll them in the palm of my hand until it flows again.
I’ve had my eye on this stamp and die set for awhile now. I was so happy to see it at Joann’s last week and used a 50% coupon on it, which made it a great deal! This card was cut for something else but it worked well with the butterflies, so I used it anyway. I used Circle Nesties to cut the frame and adhered the large butterfly to the inside of the card.
The butterflies were colored with Copics and I love the dimension this card has. Next month I’m taking the Copic Certification class and I’m so excited! My coloring skills could use some instruction and of course, I’ve been a huge fan of the instructor, Debbie Olson, for a long time! Yay! I will let you all know how it goes, I can’t wait!
