Hi guys, I’m back today with a fresh and fun card using some new products from We R (formerly Lifestyle Crafts).

Today’s cast of characters include 2 new dies, Monarch and Chevrons, and stamps.

First I die cut the Monarch Butterflies…twice out of card stock and once out of vellum.

TIP:  If your die cut is “tight” and hard to get out, use waxed paper between the die and card stock and it will cut and release like buttah!

I placed the vellum in the middle to create a soft and dimensional look.

I then used these new Cut Outs, Chevrons,  which are perfectly sized for cards, and die cut it twice…to cover a larger area on my card base.  Post it notes worked perfectly for holding it in place.

All that was left was to stamp the sentiment (Botanical Silhouettes by PTI, no longer available), attach a piece of card stock behind my chevron cut outs, and adhere the Monarch.

Easy peasy!  Don’t forget that my readers are able to save 20% at checkout by using the code POP on ANY products at We R.  Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Hump Day!  I love cards that play on words and these adorable pears were perfect for todays card.  This card makes me think of sweet summer days and warmer weather!  Living in MN (we still have plenty of snow!) will do that to you, lol!  I adore this set, Fruity Friends.  For those of you who didn’t know, this set was concepted by our very own Wanda Guess!  She is one amazing stamper and this is one amazing set!

I used the Instant Frame die, Simple Stories Snap Color Vibe patterned paper, and Black Chevron Washi tape as an accent for my card,  and love how everything came together.   The Instant Frame dies are from our latest release and were very popular.  Unfortunately, for the time being, they also sold out.  They’ll be back in stock shortly and I promise, are worth the wait (the smaller one is so cute!)!

I think this would be great for a friend, your other half, or even for twins.   The rest of the images are so cute and the apple makes me smile whenever I see it.

I hope you all are having a wonderful week, thanks for stopping by!
