As promised, here is another card using one of my favorite sets!  This was for the Card Sketch challenge from SCS.  I really enjoy participating in the challenges.  I think it has made me grow as a stamper and has given me new ideas to think about that I wouldn’t ordinarily try.

I started out using Bashful Blue as the card base and accent color, however, I wasn’t liking it at all.  I have had River Rock for a few months now and have not been too motivated to use it, but felt the motivation coming on when I realized that my DP went well with it.  Turns out that I was still able to use Bashful Blue as an accent color, just in a different way.  I cut out the fern and olive branch and attached them separately.  The main image is on dimensionals and added a little bit of stickles in Lime and Fruit Punch.

Stamps – Touch of Nature  Paper – River Rock, Always Artichoke, Very Vanilla, LeJardin   Accessories – non SU ribbon & brads, corner ticket punch, stickles, dimensionals, sponging (for bird), blender pen (for branch)
