Here’s a close up of the stitching and the background stamp is Sanded, from Stampin Up. This image would make a great paper piecing and would look great watercolored. Hope you’re all having a Happy Monday! Thanks for stopping by!

I’ve been going through some of my stamps and apparently, have many that are neglected. Now how did that happen? :) This card was made with Year of Flowers Sweet Peas (Papertrey) and Wonderful Wings (Stampin’ Up). Papertrey’s Rustic White card stock has always been one of my favorites as a card base and I love it with Crumb Cake ink (SU). Background was stamped with Crumb Cake and the butterfly was colored with Copics.

Here’s another stamp I’ve had sitting in my collection for several years. It’s by Serendipity Stamps and has beautiful detail. If you’re not familiar with them, they have a gorgeous selection of stamps and fast shipping. I used Rustic White as the card base and added silk ribbon to finish the card. Thanks for stopping by!

Good morning! Today I’m sharing a few cards I’ve made over the past few weeks. This card is made with an embossing folder by Darice and butterfly die cuts (Sizzix Bigz & Embosslit) from Stampin Up. Add a few dimensionals and pearls and I have a CAS (Clean and Simple) card that took only minutes to put together.

These two cards were made with a die (Feather Headband) from Lifestyle Crafts. I love this feather! Two feathers come in this set and the other one is quite a bit larger…but equally gorgeous.

This card was made with an embossing folder from SU and a Silhouette file. The flower was cut in multiple sizes with the Cameo and then layered to look like a snowflake.

My last card uses an adorable image from Woodland Critters (Whipper Snapper). I made a cutter file for the stamp, used a SAMJ (Stamp a Ma Jig) to line it up and adhered it with a dimensional. This little guy makes me smile…isn’t he spunky?

Lettering Delights has two delightful calendar sets from Sherri Berry. Aren’t they wonderful? HERE is the first set and HERE is the second one.

Admittedly, I love butterflies. I have lots of butterflies…punches, stamps, cutter files, paper, and I love and use them all. This card was made with Lettering Delight’s, Oh Hello Flutter. I used black card stock and white embossing powder to keep the clean and simple feel. The stamp is from Papertrey Ink (With Sympathy) and the sentiment (SU Fabulous Phrases) is also embossed.

If you’re interested in this set, Oh Hello Flutter, click the Lettering Delights link at the top of my sidebar. It’s on sale now for $2 and includes 18 svg files, an excellent price for a great collection! Thanks for stopping by!

I bought the Cuttlebug Plus Embossing Folder Chic Frame not realizing it wasn’t an A2 size.  To be honest when I first opened it I wasn’t sure what I had. ha! However, it only took cutting it once to see it was a gorgeous frame.   Thanks for looking!

Supplies:  SU Ornament punch and die, Spellbinders and Quickutz snowflake dies, dazzling diamonds, Swiss Dots Embossing folder, Tempting Turquoise, Neenah, Pure Poppy cs,  Cornish Heritage Farms stamp, SU Butterfly die & emboss, pearls, copics

These cards are for the “Make a card & make a difference” promotion that GinaK is having.  You can see her post HERE.  My husband is a retired Marine and I felt a need to contribute.  If we can make it easier for those who are serving to keep in touch with their loved ones, it is well worth the effort!

I must be in the mood for Fall, as the orange colors have been calling to me! However, I will be perfectly honest and say that I am NOT ready for Winter yet. This was a simple card to put together and I love the bright colors.

Stamps – Artfully Asian (SU)

Accesories – Copics, brads, May Arts double sided ribbon, K & Co DP

This set is an older Stampin Up set but it has always been one of my favorites. I love Fall and all the beautiful colors it produces. It’s always a great treat for my senses to be at an apple orchard, taking in the scenery and spending time with my family.  Thanks for looking!

Stamps – Lovely Leaves, Artfully Asian

Accessories – vellum, copper eyelets, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Really Rust & Ruby Red ink

Sorry I have been MIA for the past few weeks!  This time of year is always busy for me.  I have been making a few cards here and there and am finally able to post them.

I love this set called Country Blessings by Stampin’ Up.  I know it’s retired but that has never stopped me from stamping with stamps that I love.  It’s hard to see but I used metallic bronze paper and it looks great.  I colored the image with ink pads and a blender pen.  The second picture is a close up of the leaves.
