Admittedly, I love butterflies. I have lots of butterflies…punches, stamps, cutter files, paper, and I love and use them all. This card was made with Lettering Delight’s, Oh Hello Flutter. I used black card stock and white embossing powder to keep the clean and simple feel. The stamp is from Papertrey Ink (With Sympathy) and the sentiment (SU Fabulous Phrases) is also embossed.

If you’re interested in this set, Oh Hello Flutter, click the Lettering Delights link at the top of my sidebar. It’s on sale now for $2 and includes 18 svg files, an excellent price for a great collection! Thanks for stopping by!

Trees and leaves are some of my favorite things, whether in stamps (ha!) or in real life.  I was fortunate enough to get this set from a very sweet SCSer and this is my first card with it.  I used Colorbox chalk ink for the leaves and thought Merlot would be very pretty mixed in with the leaves.  I wasn’t sure how to put this card together and decided to leave it uncluttered and simple.  I sponged the background and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

Alright, the first card had me thinking it sure would be nice to see the Merlot color stand out a bit.  Interestingly enough I have embossing powder the same color as the ink and it was a perfect match.  I added a few leaves using Heartfelt Creations dies and embossed them in gold.  Now I know I just provided a link for Heartfelt Creations (I’m sure they are wonderful there too), however, I bought my supplies at AJ Scrapbook Supplies.  They had the best prices I could find for Heartfelt Creations, had quick shipping, and were wonderful to deal with.    Thanks, Louise and Elaine!

Supplies:  SU Branch Out, PapertreyInk Heart Prints Sentiments, Memento Ink, Heartfelt Creations Falling Leaves Die, burgundy and gold embossing powder, SU & PTI card stock, SU DP, SU Old Olive Marker

I think I already mentioned I love snowflakes.  The largest snowflake is from Sizzix.  I used a Copic marker and an airbrush to give it color.  I also airbrushed the rhinestones for a perfect match.  The smaller snowflakes are all Spellbinder dies.  Dazzling diamonds and airbrushed rhinestones complete the look, and one pass with an embossing folder and my card is done.   This was quick and easy to put together, I may have to make a few more!  Thanks for looking!

I am still playing with this set (Everyday Blessings) and loving it. I embossed the image and verse in gold and used the rectangular Nestabilities to frame the cross. A blender pen was used to add a hint of color to various parts of the cross. The card stock is Champagne Metallic and is nice and heavy!
