Good morning! Yesterday I made some Thank You cards using the Letterpress L. THESE are the plates I used for my card set. Aren’t they pretty? I love the red ink with these flowers, it’s so bright and vibrant.

Here’s a close up, I wanted to try and capture the detail. A bit difficult, but worth a try. I lined my cards with Neenah Solar White Linen 24# writing paper. I love this paper for lining my cards with, it has such a nice, rich, look and feel to it.

Here’s one more card I made using the same set of plates. I love the look of Letterpress and love that you can layer them with card stock too. If you decide you need some Letterpress plates, or anything else from the Lifestyle Crafts site, be sure to use promo code POP to get 20% off.

My 5 year old was watching me very closely and asking many questions about what I was doing. She’s also a big card maker/paper crafter at our house. She decided to draw me a series of pictures…of me using the Letterpress! Don’t you love my crazy hair? Too funny! :)

I won the Color Challenge last week over at A Day For Daisies. Woohoo!!! I was a very happy girl, this is one of the images I chose with my credit, called Spring in the Alps. I love this image (okay, so I love them all) and thought it’d be perfect as a gift set. For the Card Pouch, I used this tutorial from SCS. My cards are 4 1/4″ square and the envelopes are 4 1/2″ square. I used a square envelope from the Silhouette Store and sized it to fit my cards.

Here’s what it looks like opened:

The card pouch was pretty quick and easy to make and I love how quickly the smaller sized cards come together. Gift sets are so versatile and easy to customize, I think I may need to make a few more of these! Thanks for stopping by!
