Lifestyle Crafts Spring Core Collection 2012

I found another use for border dies (other than scrapbooking) and love to use them on cards. This card uses Brocade and Nesting Butterflies from Lifestyle Crafts.

You get two border dies in this set, aren’t they pretty?

Such a clean look using only the border and butterfly die.

I have one more project to share with you today. This one uses the Treat Box die from Lifestyle Crafts.

These are so sweet and would be fun to fill with party favors, balloons, candy, etc. They were super simple to put together and the perfect size for little hands.

Juice Boxes Anyone?

How cute are these juice boxes? Lifestyle Crafts hit the mark with the Juice Box die. My kids were all over these when they saw them and I can’t say I blame them. They are excellent party favors and the perfect size to fill with candy.

This is the die with the labels. Love how you can choose the small squares or a fancier label. It was quick and easy to put together and worked well with Friendship Jar Summer Fillers stamp set.

Pinwheel Princess

After almost two days of heavy rain and thunderstorms we have a beautiful day in store for us. This beauty is so cute in her girly girl dress, blowing her pinwheel. It’s a part of this week’s release, Pin Wheels Are Fun. I used Pinwheel Princess and had fun bringing her to life. She would look great paper pieced too.

Mama’s Darlings

I have a fun post for you today that uses the Berry Container and Eyelet Envelope Set from Lifestyle Crafts. The Berry Container is so cute and the right size for so many things.

I was able to fit some Eyelet Envelopes, 3×3 cards, post it note magnetic holder and a mini pen in here quite comfortably.

Hero Arts Friendship Butterflies

Happy Monday! Just a quick post today. I love this impression plate from Papertrey Ink but hadn’t used it yet. I colored the butterflies awhile back and thought they’d work well with the background. The tag is from Spellbinders Twisted Metal Tags & Accents (another great die set!) and the sentiment is from Lovely Leaves, also Papertrey.

Moxie Fab Gingham Challenge

Yet another post today! I hope you’re enjoying your Friday so far. This card was made for the Gingham Challenge…gotta love the gingham! I can’t say I used gingham in an innovative way, but I still had a great time watching the card come together. I used Nesting Pinking Squares for the adorable gingham pinking square. The peony is from Pretty Peonies (PTI) and the sentiment is from Botanical Silhouettes (PTI).

DP is from Lost & Found and the paper tape (I’m not sure what it is, but it’s not washi tape) I used to make the banners are from Anna Griffin. Lifestyle Crafts Projects

It’s my 2nd post today and I have a few things to share with you. I’m finding the dies at Lifestyle Crafts to be very versatile and oh so useful.

First I have the Disc Case Die, which is obviously meant for discs…or great for square cards that have dimension to them. It’s a perfect way to make a custom envelope and/or giving as a gift with a CD full of pictures for the grandparents.

The butterfly is from Pretty Peonies (PTI) and matched the Basic Grey DP I used so nicely. I love that the Disc Case Die comes with 4 different tags to mix/match. A little something for everyone!

The 2nd project uses Nesting Frames 9 and Nesting Butterflies. Nesting Frames 9 comes in a nice variety of sizes and is wonderful for layering. The largest die is a little over 5.5″ wide and seems huge. Perfect for scrapbooking, making larger cards, and cute little tags, I can tell I’ll be using these a lot.
