Good morning! Today I’m sharing a few cards I’ve made over the past few weeks. This card is made with an embossing folder by Darice and butterfly die cuts (Sizzix Bigz & Embosslit) from Stampin Up. Add a few dimensionals and pearls and I have a CAS (Clean and Simple) card that took only minutes to put together.
These two cards were made with a die (Feather Headband) from Lifestyle Crafts. I love this feather! Two feathers come in this set and the other one is quite a bit larger…but equally gorgeous.
This card was made with an embossing folder from SU and a Silhouette file. The flower was cut in multiple sizes with the Cameo and then layered to look like a snowflake.
My last card uses an adorable image from Woodland Critters (Whipper Snapper). I made a cutter file for the stamp, used a SAMJ (Stamp a Ma Jig) to line it up and adhered it with a dimensional. This little guy makes me smile…isn’t he spunky?
Lettering Delights has two delightful calendar sets from Sherri Berry. Aren’t they wonderful? HERE is the first set and HERE is the second one.

I will second and third and ….. regarding the beauty and clean look of your cards. Could you share what paper you prefer for your white on white cards?
Thanks for the amazing work!
Shelly
Thanks, LeAnn! I use Neenah Classic Crest in Solar White in 80# and 110#. I buy it by the ream from Anchor Paper and Xpedx. Hope this helps!
Marian Alpaugh
Love your cards, especially the butterfly. I am going to look into the Neenah Classic Crest. Which weight 80# or 110# would you recomment for the base of a card. Thanks for your help.
Shelly
Thank you, Marian! I use 80# the most. For one, it’s less expensive and still a nice weight for card bases. I save the 110# card stock for gift sets or cards that I want a richer look and feel to. I guess it comes down to personal preference as there’s a significant difference in the weights. Hope this helps!
Laura
Can I do it on a cricut expression do I need software
Shelly
Hi Laura, you could do it on an Expression if you had a cartridge that had these shapes on them. I’m not sure If there’s software you could use with the Expression, but I think there are some people who might. Sorry I can’t be of more help!
