I do realize it’s been awhile since I last posted and for that I am sorry. I have been creating off and on but Lisa (My Little Ink Spot) got me thinking that I should post something. I’m thinking she thinks I fell off the face of the earth, and while life has been moving at lightning speed, I’m still here. She’s not getting rid of me that easily! *Grin*
This card was made using a gorgeous, single cling, stamp by Hero Arts. Who doesn’t love Hero Arts? I embossed the background with white embossing powder and colored the teal flower with Copic markers and a white gel pen. The sentiment is from another great set, Signature Greetings (PaperTrey Ink) and is really versatile.
In general I don’t like to emboss on my ‘no layer’ cards because of the curl the card stock gets. However, the True Black (PaperTrey Ink) card stock is SO thick I don’t have that problem. I LOVE this black card stock. The butterflies (EK Success punch) have a mini pearl added to each center.
