Using the Petite Oval Nestabilities, I cut the oval first, then ran it through the Wizard with the Swiss Dots embossing folder. I used vellum as a window and added stickles to the embossed dots for some sparkle. The sentiment is stamped on the vellum. Stamps are Spiral Bouquet and Out on a Limb by PTI. Thanks for looking!
